About the role: You’ll support a range of exciting projects including youth clubs, youth panels, and holiday programmes — helping create safe, fun and inspiring spaces for young people.
Locations: Bramley – Basingstoke, Brookvale – Basingstoke, Odiham – Hart & surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (evenings, weekends & school holidays)
Pay: £13.50 – £16.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Volunteer Roles May Include:
Administration Support – assisting with emails, data entry, event planning, and general office tasks.
Youth Club Support – helping to facilitate activities, engaging with young people, and supporting session delivery.
Mentoring Support – providing positive encouragement, guidance, and being a trusted adult role model (training provided).
Events & Community Projects – assisting at workshops, outreach events, and community initiatives.
Social Media & Promotion – helping raise awareness of our programmes and impact.

No previous experience necessary – just commitment and enthusiasm

Specific Volunteer Roles
Youth Club Support
We are looking for Youth Club Support Volunteers to support our youth club provision across various locations throughout Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.
Youth Panel Support
The role will assist the Youth Panel Support Worker and Director in delivering safe, engaging, and youth-led sessions. This role helps ensure young people feel welcomed, heard, and supported while contributing to meaningful community impact.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals interested in youth work, community development, education, or social impact who wish to gain practical experience.
Mentoring Support
We are looking for Mentoring Support Volunteers to provide positive encouragement, guidance for Young People by becoming a trusted adult role model (full training provided).
This is across various locations throughout Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.
